Great location! 🏨 This place was super close to the airport, and we were within walking distance to Sumarecon Mall, the business district, and the city center. It made it easy to explore the area without having to travel far.

This hotel offers great value for the price, with nice and clean accommodations. The staff is polite and friendly, providing excellent housekeeping service. Additionally, the hotel's location near the mall is a major advantage for guests.

Its convenient location near Pasar Modern Sinpasa was a plus. Overall, it was a pleasant staycation experience that I highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is excellent! It's in a good area and very near to a mall with lots of restaurants. the room is fine, clean with good bedding. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with free minibar, tea/coffee, and juice. The hotel facilities were great, especially the awesome swimming pool that our kids loved. The breakfast was yummy and complete. The staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating, whether it was the housekeeping who provided us with extra blankets and soap or the receptionist who gave us useful tips about the surrounding area. We also loved the location - it was close to a shopping mall and many cafes, as well as being near to the Science Park and Bethsaida hospital.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was easy to find and it's conveniently nearby the Sumarecon Mall, which was perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and I especially loved the comfortable double bed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a diverse and complete selection and offered a great view of the cityscape.

Good complementary breakfast and Christmas dinner at the hotel restaurant. Key location close to shopping center and easy access to transportation. the swimming pool was enjoyable for children.

The staff were rude and unprofessional, constantly bothering us to pay before check-out. the room was not soundproof and we were constantly disturbed by noise.

The noise level in the rooms was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some stains on the linens and found some debris on the carpet.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was truly delicious. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I have experienced in a hotel.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, including complimentary Wi-Fi and a TV with cable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the key card access ensured privacy and security. The breakfast selection was impressive, with options ranging from Indonesian to Western and Japanese cuisine. The highlight of my stay was the huge swimming pool and small water park, which I wish I had more time to enjoy. I had a memorable experience and would recommend this hotel.
